Help for international students having difficulty logging on to Student Records System

If you are having difficulty trying to log into your Student Records account outside of the United States

Example: If the “Login” button is written in a language other than English and you cannot log in.   The error message says that the language you selected is not provided, but you never selected any languages.

Make sure you have the English character set listed first in your browser.  These instructions are for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 or 9.  To install the English character set do the following:

  1. Open a browser window
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Internet Options
  4. Click on Languages
  5. The list of available languages will be displayed.  If you do not have the ‘English (United States) [en-us] option added, click on the Add button and then try again.  Note: You must have the English character set at the top of the list in order for Peoplesoft to recognize it.
